Francia celebra el bicentenario del natalicio de su escritor más popular

París (EFE).- Hoy comienzan los actos por el bicentenario del nacimiento de Víctor Hugo (1802-1885), poeta y escritor, que hace un siglo y medio vislumbraba ya una moneda única para Europa.

Con el espectáculo Ce siecle avait deux ans (Este siglo tenía dos años), en la Opera de Besancon, inicia el homenaje nacional al escritor más popular de Francia y al que asistirán el primer ministro, Lionel Jospin, los ministros de Cultura, Catherine Tasca, y Asuntos Europeos, Pierre Moscovici.
