Dateline: MURCIA, Spain Colombian cyclist Victor Hugo Pena won the five-day Tour of Murcia cycling race, finishing atop the overall standings Sunday while Czech rider Rene Andrle won the final time-trial stage.

Racing for the U.S. Postal team, Pena had gone into the stage at No. 5 in the overall standings but bagged valuable seconds in the time trial by finishing in third place, nine second behind Andrle who rides for the ONCE team.

Spain's Angel Edo, who had led the general standings, fell behind badly in the time trial ending 1:01 behind Andrle.
