The letter is to Eliot's first godchild Tom Faber, the son of his publisher and friend Geoffrey Faber, and forms part of a collection of 50 letters that will be sold together and are expected to fetch Pounds 25,000 to 30,000 (US $45,163/36,312 to US $54,198/43,577) in the auction.
