GUWAHATI, July 26 -- An audio CD titled 'Spondon', comprising selected songs of Rabindranath Tagore in Assamese and Jyoti Prasad Agarwalla and Bishnu Prasad Rabha in Bengali was today released by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi at the conference room of Assam House in Kolkata. Indranath Bandyopadhyay, eminent writer and dramatist of Bengal and Subha Prasad Nandi Majumdar of Bardhaman University were also present on the occasion, a press release informed. Gogoi lauded the effort of Saurov Barua, who is the producer of the CD.
