THEY SAY there's no such thing as a free lunch. But if you live in Edinburgh and your surname is Fraser that just isn't true.

Everyone of that name living in the city is to be offered a free main course by Leith's Suruchi Indian restaurant in Leith - and it turns out there are almost 1000 of them in the Capital.

Anyone whose name is Fraser is being offered a free feed during a month-long Fraser Festival, starting tomorrow to mark the launch of a book by Asian poet , Dr Bashabi Fraser.
