BELFAST, Northern Ireland (AP) _ Supporters of Northern Ireland's peace agreement launched their campaign for a ``yes'' vote Monday, with one urging gunmen against the accord to ``Go away, go away!''

But just across the border in the Irish Republic, a man found dead in a ditch appeared to be the victim of a paramilitary gang, police said Monday. The victim was not immediately identified.

The body was found near the village of Dromad, a few hundred yards from the border. ``It is very difficult to say definitively what he died ...
