The world listened to U.S. President George W. Bush's big themes in his inaugural address, and commentators puzzled Friday over how he intends to act on them.

Asian allies warmly welcomed U.S. President George W. Bush's second term, while North Korea _ one of the "outposts of tyranny" identified by U.S. officials _ condemned the United States as a "wrecker of democracy as it ruthlessly infringes upon the sovereignty of other countries."
