WARFIELD - This is a story that begins with Tom and Henry Simmons , who built a house in the woods of Brunswick County in 1734 .
They constructed it out of handmade bricks and thick hewn wood, two rooms on top and two on the bottom.
Then they died. That's all anyone knows about them, really, except that they're buried in the little cemetery out back.
