The city of Edmond issued the following news release:

The Oklahoma Municipal League recently inducted Edmond City Council Member Charles Lamb into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame For City and Town Officials. Lamb was one of four inductees recognized at the 2006 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony earlier this month. Lamb was elected to the Edmond City Council in 1993 and again in 2001. He has served as Mayor Pro Tem since 2003.

To be considered for this prestigious recognition, Hall of Fame inductees must serve or have served as an elected, paid professional or appointed official of an Oklahoma city, ...
