HARRY POTTER is to undergo a magical transformation into the son of Rudyard Kipling.

And Sir Elton John is to allow millions of people an insight into his private life.

It's all part of ITV's autumn highlights, which were announced today.

Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe stars in My Boy Jack, the true story of how Rudyard Kipling used his influence to get his 17year- old son Jack a commission with the Irish Guards, despite his son's poor eyesight.
