I won't attempt to be programmatic or "practical" in terms of strategy for vocations, but I will highlight how important it is communally to name--religiously--the present moment we are living in; to try to name the moment in three different sets of images: cultural, ecclesial, and biblical, and then to suggest what we need to do vis-a-vis vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
