Until April 16, Hyatt Regency Manila will celebrate the 200th birthday of
Hans Christian Andersen with a two-week food festival billed "Dine with
Hans Christian Andersen." For two weeks, guests will get the chance relive
the experiences, sensations and flavors of an era that served as
inspiration and dramatic backdrop to life and stories of the well-loved
literary figure.
At the Caf Al Fresco, the tribute includes daily set dinner that recreates
the author's actual 70th birthday menu. For P950++, diners will get the
