FRANZ Kafka's bizarre story of a young man who wakes up to discover he has changed into a cockroach takes to the stage next week.

Created by the Lyric Hammersmith and Iceland's Vesteruport Theatre, this production of Metamophosis features aerial action across a split level set.

With music created by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, we enter the lives of the Samsa family crisis when their son's metamorphosis is only the beginning of a strange journey.

At Birmingham Repertory Theatre from Feb 26 to March 1, contact 0121 236 4455 or see the www.birmingham-rep.co.uk website for ticket details.
