Ralph Waldo Emerson once said that to fill the hour, that is true happiness.

When Conestoga Valley plays its brand of field hockey for the full 60 minutes, it knows it can find true happiness. With senior captains Lindy Cantafio, Casey Diener, Erica Horning and Adrienne Tyson steering the course both on and off the field, the Bucks are in position to do just that.

"Last year was a coulda, shoulda year," Horning said. "This year, we're doing it."
