Colonial Players' current production of the charming comedy "Enchanted April" is enough to lift anyone out of the winter doldrums. Though Elizabeth von Arnim's 1922 novel on which the play is based hints that dark clouds may linger in the hearts and minds of those for whom brighter days may never come, American playwright Matthew Barber provides a lighter adaptation and Colonial gives it a stylish delivery.
