NEW YORK -- Tarzan may wear a loincloth and live with a woman in the jungle, but the descendants of his creator have filed a lawsuit against makers of pornographic films to keep his image ``wholesome.''

The company owned by the family of author Edgar Rice Burroughs filed suit in federal court in Manhattan against the makers of a pornographic movie and CD-ROM called Jungle Heat.

The complaint says the ``Jungle Heat film is nothing more than a lewd, vulgar and highly offensive film that depicts the Tarzan and Jane characters engaged in ...
