THE owner of an Out Rawcliffe plastics factory involved in a massive blaze last week has put up a reward for information after police announced the incident is being treated as arson.

At the height of the blaze plumes of black smoke up to 70ft high were sent into the air from the Preston Plastics factory in Lancaster Road. Explosive acetylene gas cylinders were engulfed as the fire took hold in the early hours of Monday, November 19.

Now factory boss Edgar Wallace, 45, is offering a [pounds sterling]10,000 reward to catch those responsible.
