Fire-hit factory's owner offers reward.

The owner of a plastics factory which was devastated by fire is offering a [pounds sterling]10,000 reward to catch those responsible.

Edgar Wallace, who owns Preston Plastics in Out Rawcliffe, Lancashire, said he will give the money to anyone with information leading to a conviction.

He said: "I have worked hard to build up this business for 21 years and overnight it has been ruined.

"I have children who were sleeping in the house next door which was gutted by the fire and they could have been killed. I am angry and appalled."
