Somewhere in heaven _ in a celestial Starbucks, maybe _ Jules Verne, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Mark Twain and a few of their literary buddies are enjoying a good hoot over "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen," a brash and altogether wacky action spectacle from "Blade" director Stephen Norrington. To paraphrase Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, the hokum is seriously afoot.
