A SPECIAL school for youngsters with learning and behaviour problems has moved to the childhood home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Dunedin School pupils enjoyed their first day at the 18th- century Liberton Bank House yesterday, after 30 years based at the Millar Hall Scouts hut in Gilmerton.
The school raised GBP 850,000 to pay for restoration work to the listed cottage, where the Sherlock Holmes creator lived for five years in the 1860s, from the age of five.
A new-build GP practice is also set to open later this month in the grounds of the cottage, next to the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. ...
