A SPECIAL school is set to finally move into the building where Sherlock Holmes creator Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was raised.
A major fundraising campaign has just been completed, more than two years after planning permission was secured for the restoration of the run-down 18th century building next to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre.
Work started on Monday on the project which will allow Dunedin School to move out of the former scout hut which has been its home for the last 20 years and into Liberton Bank House.
