Dr. Keith Cushman, a professor of English at UNCG, received the Harry T. Moore Distinguished Scholar Award from the D.H. Lawrence Society of North America.

Cushman received the honor in July at the international Lawrence conference, held in Taos, N.M. At the conference, Cushman also presented a paper, "Lawrence and Knud Merrild: New Materials, New Perspectives." He will co-edit a book of new essays presented at the conference.
