Geneva- based investigator Daniel Defoe told "Kommersant-Daily" on 30 March that he has issued an order for the arrest of Pavel Borodin, the former head of the Kremlin's facilities directorate, on charges of money-laundering. Borodin, who is now secretary of state for the Union of Belarus and Russia, told reporters that he plans to file a lawsuit against Defoe because Swiss law enforcement agencies have "no legal reasons for persecuting Borodin."
