Alice was in Sunderland for a Mad Hatter's tea party with a difference.
Youngsters dressed as their favourite characters from Lewis Carroll's famous books to enjoy a Fairtrade tea party at Sunderland University.
Nursery children were invited to the Murray Library on Chester Road for the party, which was organised as part of Fairtrade Fortnight.
