According to Screen International, Manson hopes to direct the self-penned "arthouse horror" movie Phantasmagoria - The Visions Of Lewis Carroll.

Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, has reportedly spent the past year working on costumes and make-up for the project.

Manson is scheduled to attend Berlin's European Film Market to help fund the USD4.2m film, the BBC reported.
