Jun. 6--Alison Fowler is a 49-year-old homemaker with a workaholic husband, a 15-year-old daughter, elderly parents and a beloved aunt with Alzheimer's.

Suddenly, she finds herself surrounded by Lewis Carroll's characters in "Alison in Wonderland," a new play premiering Friday at the Everett Theatre.

Family members introduced in Act 1 reappear as Lewis Carroll characters in Act 2, while still keeping their personalities and their connection with Alison.
