LIVERPOOL'S Botanic Park became the setting for author Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland for the day.
The children's classic tells the story of a girl named Alice who falls down a rabbit-hole into a fantasy realm populated by talking playing cards and anthropomorphic creatures.
And Alice, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts took part in its annual Easter egg-stravaganza and tea party at the Victorian Park, near Edge Lane.
