Lewis Carroll's book Alice's Adventures Under Ground has become part of the British Library's Turning the Pages collection of 3D books.

The original handwritten manuscript is now available to view online as part of the collection and, through the use of Flash technology and 3D animation, the pages of the manuscript can be virtually 'turned' by readers.

In addition readers can also access an optional voice-over to accompany the virtual manuscript which has been provided by actress Miriam Margolyes.
