SAN ANDREAS -- The California Highway Patrol needs volunteers to run its alcohol-free graduation night parties for Bret Harte Union and Calaveras high schools.
The CHP's Sober Grad Night Party encourages new high school graduates to celebrate their diplomas without drugs or alcohol.
