SEATTLE - William Blake Eustis, 58, of Selah died April 18th after an extended illness at Kindred Hospital, Seattle. Mr. Eustis was born April 9, 1950 in Berkeley, California to Orma and William H. Eustis and spent his early youth in Walnut Creek, California. In 1961 he moved with his parents to Pitman, New Jersey where they lived for four years before moving to Yakima in 1965.
