AGATHA Christie was born in 1890 in Torquay which is where the actress Susan Penhaligon has been this week in what they have dubbed Agatha Christie Week.
The Christie play The Unexpected Guest, currently showing in the Cornish seaside town, will be with us next week with Miss Penhaligon playing a character called Laura Warwick.
