Caption: NHK is scheduled to carry Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple in a series of 39-part anime in its Sunday evening Animation Theather (7.30pm-8pm) beginning July. The first anime version of Agatha Christie's mystery is to be produced by Oriental and Light & Magic Inc. (OLM), a Tokyo-based animation house known for production of Pokemon anime. The anime series will include such popular mysteries as The A.B.C Murders and 4.5 from Paddington.
