56 this birthday
*If you had a personal theme song what would it be?*
Another one bites the dust.
*Are you male or female? *
I'd say 85% female with a few stray masculine thoughts.
*What makes you keep coming back?*
A mixture of boredom and love for the place.
*Are you happy with the way things are here?*
Well, I really think the mods should run for the American presidency; but if the only well ran place I know of is lit net, I'll settle.
Should JBI get an + beside his name?
I think a triple x would give him more "pop"
*Which countries have you visited?*
4states in my own country and England.
*Which languages do you speak?*
I do fairly well with English.
*How do you like your home town?*
It was dull as a child and overpopulated as an adult.
*If you could live somewhere different, where would it be and why?*
I like the university town of Cambridge, England; the sense of history, the lushness of plant life, a mist in the morning and evening.
*Do you have any pets?*
A maine coon cat was left on our doorstep a few years ago: neutered, declawed and generally frustrated. He has a stuffed cat girlfriend he serenades all night.
*What makes you happy?*
Those 3 hours after you fal in love; before you begin to analyze it.
*What is mankind's biggest achievement, and its greatest downfall?*
Automobiles

*Do you feel comfortable in your walk with God/atheism? *
We have an agreement: I pray and promise; he answers my prayers and forgets my promises.
*Which actor should play you in a movie based on your life?*
Well, while Kathy Bates, Rosie O'Donnel or Rosanne Barr would be more believable; I'd prefer Angelina Jolie.
Who is your favourite Beatle?
I really liked George, he was a gentleman, even when his best friend stole his wife.
*Given the option, what animal would you choose to be?*
One that could look in peoples windows; probably a parrot, so that I could also do a commentary.
*What makes you feel great about yourself?*
I think that no matter how poor my self image is; others always admire at least one of my traits.
*How did you meet your significant other?*
At the moment, there is none. I was married 32 years: I overtook the first Mr Sounds at the store we worked at (with my overwhelming personality and a bit of stalking); the second Mr Sounds was my highschool sweetheart (I'm not sure if he was aware of it at the time)
*Who inspires you most?*
My daughter: no matter what obstacles she faces, she overcomes them. Unlike me, she is very ambitious.
*What are you naturally good at? (Skills, abilities, gifts etc.)*Research, I like looking up my neighbors criminal records and surprising them with it when they insult me.
*What is the one thing you must do before you die?* Make sure I bring my "little bag of pills" in case I wind up in a nursing home.
*If you had to teach something, what would you teach?*
Couch relay racing and quality nap taking.
*What would you regret not fully doing, being or having in your life?*
Having my daughter.
*What method do you cherish above all others, as means to improving your life?*
*What one thing would you NEED to have on a deserted island if you didn't have to worry over food and water? *
Do I have to choose between a tall handsome man and pastries and chocolate.
*If you were a king/queen for a day, what would you do?*
Settle the world budget and health care problems.
*What song is in your head at the moment?*
I always have inappropriate songs going through my head: "Taps" in hospitals, the whole time I was in England, there was this song about the Battle of Britain "We fired our canons til the barrels melted down...grabbed an alligator"; now it's something by Johnny Rebel about welfare checks.
*Which book are you reading at the moment?*
I'm stressed out, so I'm rereading the Harry Potter series.
*What is your favourite quote?*

Italian Sub with two types of ham, salami, provolone and lots of veggies

late afternoon and the wee hours of morning

My favorite, a mans cotton tee and flannel pajama pants

"East of Eden"; I was motivated by seeing James Dean in the movie.
*What era do you find most of the books you read are from?*
I prefer British Literature between the late 1700's and early 1900's
*Favorite TV shows?*
South Park and Criminal Minds; and true crime shows
*Which Forum members would you like to meet in person if you could*?
I think I sort of prefer the forum to be my own private wonderland where I am forever thin, young and beautiful and all the brilliant people I talk to are the same

Nothing profound

I believe in hugging your family members whenever you go to sleep or leave; so my daughter.
*What do you do (for a living) to be able to keep your LitNet addiction going? And are you happy with your chosen profession?*
I'm a very burned out hospice crisis nurse who daydreams of retiring
*What question would you like to ask yourself?*I purposely avoid a rapport with myself; it helps with the defense mechanisms.
*What would you like to be if you could change your profession?*
I'd like to be involved in law enforcement; not out front, some really nerdy job where I could hide in my office with my dusty desk, coffee and criminal files.
*Which one of the seven dwarves are you and why?*
Do they have one who stays at home all day and watches tv?
*What is your most outstanding feature?*
People are fascinated by my eyes, they are about 5 different colors...I'm told.
*If you could change one thing about the way you look, what would that be?*
I'd look 25 again.
*Which book do you wish you had written?*
Something where I wouldn't have to keep outdoing myself; something like Crichtons books...or Agatha Christie.
*What should you be doing at the moment instead of answering these questions?*

Breakfast, nap, lunch, nap, playing xbox, nap, dinner and up all night with computer, xbox, good food and charming company.

I like several: Pirates of the Caribbean series, Harry Potter and Twilight series, Star Wars newer series,

Clash of the Titans

I like most of Waterhouses paintings; I'm particuarly fond of one with a lady and knight

Loved Bowie during the androgenous glam years: Ziggy Stardust

If you could relive one moment in your life whenever you wanted to, what would it be?
I'm greedy, I'd just like to go back to 25 and start over...knowing what I know now and without the first Mr Sounds
What was the best thing that happened to you during this year?
I'm still waiting...it's coming, it's coming

Well, I'm sure the room is filled with coffins and small elevators; so I will send a phone, that unlike mine, can call out of such places...I guess I'd better send someone on the other end also
*Are you mostly happy with life or are you still in pursuit?*
I never pursue anything because it always runs in the other direction.
*Which care bear are you and why?*
I'm kind of more of a snuggle (that dryer sheet bear) and the old Teddy Roosevelt bears.
