I consider myself a rather stereotypical female and, *gasp* am proud of it, too.

    Papaya, how's the skating going?

Skating is going good. I've been on the hunt for some good skating socks, you know those 70's tube socks with the stripes. Anyways last time I was in Detroit I found a pair with the Motown logo that fit the bill. I'm a pair of hot pants away from completing the ensemble.

We will require a photographic evidence once it is completed!

Would you not consider 50s' look? I love it!

Scher, you would love a steam carpet cleaner - they are easy to use, if a little hot at times, and you will be amazed and delighted at the amount of gunk and gunge they pull from your (apparently clean) carpets. If you have pets (or children - or men, come to that) they are an essential. I had a Vax, used it until the back told me it would give up completely if I tried that sort of thing any more.

Papaya - I second Scher - we definitely need photographic evidence.

    Thanks, Gilliat! It was brilliant!

It's so nice to see at least some musicians are taking their job seriously!

Either that or someone had chained them to the stage!

Hey, Kasie! Nice to see you posting again

Yes, I think I will give the steamer a try... It's possible to hire one from Sainsbury's so maybe I will do that before buying one myself.

I always get this fuzzy feeling inside whenever I open my vacuum to empty all the rubbish gathered inside. I cannot imagine how it'll feel like with the steamer!

Yesterday, I did some of my school clothing shopping; feeling good.

Vacuuming... this is the song which jumps to my mind:
Queen - I want to break FREE
It is not too late, to be wild for roundabouts - to be wild for life
Wolfsheim - It is not too late

Freddie in a mini and with a tache is great. I still remember the first time I saw the video.

Me too. I just sat there in front of the TV, wondering what the hell was going on And humming along, for I knew the song long before I ever saw the music video

This would make vacuuming so much more epic.
