A very important position - propping up the rest.

I have thus far earned a record of 1-12 in my predictions during this tournament. One nice bit of trivia: The ONLY team able to persevere in the face of my support has been Uruguay, and so I don't really feel like it's a risk when I place this bet:

    1 on Uruguay.

I'd like to play it safer, but this is not the stage in the game for me to be careful anyhow. Pren is right on my tail.

Ooookay. I'd be pretty cleaned out anyway.... this saves me some fake money... and some dignity. Not really. :]

That was a really good game though. I only got angry twice. :]

    Yayyyy Holland.

I'm glad Brazil are out. Who wants the same teams to win all the time?

Ghana have just got a penalty in extra time for a handbal!!!!

    Tomorrow:

    Argentina vs Germany

    Paraguay vs Spain

I am so very upset over Ghana. Literally in tears (for the first time since that time my home was knocked out of the World Cup).

I cannot believe how this game turned out. Gyan will never forget tonight, I think.

Suddenly, I don't even want to carry on with this game.
