Woe, calamity and disaster - my favourite mail-order clothes supplier is going out of business. I knew I should have bought that dress when I saw it back in the spring. However.... they have a 50% off Sale - so I have stocked up on my favourite trousers, a black pair and a navy pair - oh, alright, I bought some in the spring but where am I going to find such comfortable and properly fitting trousers again? And they had these lovely lightweight jacket/tops, just the job for travelling, light as air and crease resistant, so I bought a blue one. And a red one - BOGOF? But they didn't have any dresses that I liked in my size or I'd have been indulging in those as well.

I was walking around Pennys (Primark in UK) yesterday while Kilted was at his interview and so soo many really cute tops and such... I even liked a yellow top and i hate yellow. But it was so summery and made me think of buttercups.

I guess it has got something to do with the fact that it's much easier to find right size of shoes than clothes that fit, and with handbags it's even easier - the same one fits all women no matter what size they are.

Then again, I have never been one to shop handbags and rarely find a pair of shoes I really want to buy. Perhaps I'm not a real woman after all. All the Internet tests say I have a male brain

I finally found a maxi dress that is the right lengt for me (meaning that it's probably meant to come down to one's mid-calves). It's from H&M (like most of my clothes), it has dark blue striped print, each stripe being different print. It goes fine with the belt I bought with that last blue dress I posted a picture of

Oh, I find clothes no problem! However, now I am really getting thin: 34! I couldn't believe it (the scales had been in Belgium while I was in Germany for the last 2 years). I went to C&A and couldn't find trousers in my size for the summer. So, went to the children's department where even size 164 (my height in cm) was too big. I had to buy 158. So, a pair of long trousers for a child went to be knee-high for me . Great pair though.

Oh, yes and I have a problem with finding dresses and tops in Germany since I have moved here. Women all seem to have big boobies in this place. The only really safe shop is H&M because they cater for teenagers with smaller ones than the average adult woman here... That said, though, fortunately there are now the multi-national places like ProMod. Imagine before... But it's great, because in the sales, I have choice by the truck-load!

Haha, Niamh, I really find that funny. It's kind of cute, buttercup yellow. I really hate, I do'nt know, nothing really. I suppose I hate anything that is unidentified. Red needs to be red, not a flimsy attempt. But I think everything is nice as long as it suits the person. That is the real problem I find.

I am really difficult with shoes. They should be comfortable, not too narrow, not too special, because they should be worn for other occasions as well or just every day, no too high-heeled, etc etc. I rarely buy shoes that I don't wear after, but therefore they should be of the right colour and style. I drive my hubby mad. Sandals too. They can be bling-bling, but only in one colour and comfy, nice-looking (no Roman sandals for me, because I look like an elephant).

Oh, yes, and everything should be cheap as well. I hate spending money like 100 euro or more on shoes. 50 is the most I will spend. Fortunately, Germany still has reasonable shoes.

Good for you, Kiki! I can never find trousers short enough in women's department, but my butt hasn't fit in childrens' sizes since I was thirteen. I'm too fat.
