What have you done to keep fit since this morning?

Our health is the most precious thing we have. What do we do to keep it or even improve it?
So tell me how good are you if it comes to be fit?
What's for me I haven't dome anything yet, last time I contributed to my wellness was 1000m swim on Thursday.
    What about you?

This is a very interesting thread and of course this must be integral to the rest of other discussions. Life or health is very important in life and without taking care of health we cannot sustain life.

I take care of health all the time and do strenuous exercises in the morning

I believe you Pierre that it was exhausting, I wouldn't be able to do it for entire hour, although it keeps your mind fit :-)

I have a gruelling fitness routine. Up, down, up, down, up down, 20 times........then the other eyelid. This is followed by lifting heavy weights, namely a very large mug of coffee, and a thick slice of toast with an equally thick layer of marmalade. I wind my watch (none of these namby-pamby battery operated things), then basically spend the rest of the day jumping to conclusions. Finally, diet. I eat like a sparrow - roughly three times my own body-weight every day. I am in the peak of condition for a man of 71 - which is a bit of a worry since I'm only 28.

Like Claes, I spent about an hour and a half having a rather nice walk in the woods.

I have been taking part in couch aerobics since last night.

Got a cold so all day long I have reading and watching TV when I am not napping.

Thank you for the post I am always wondering if it is healthier to do exercises in the morning?

I am going to do some yoga in a few minutes I ate a whole corn bread with salad made of fresh vegetables with olive oil, I think it's enough for today.

I went for a 4 mile run this morning. Yesterday I played basketball with a friend. The day before that trail riding (bike) for 3 hours. The day before that I dug post holes with a shovel for a fence that I'm building.
