Yeah, but it's almost Wednesday! Think of it as "Humpday Eve."

At the beginning of my shift, I had two days off scheduled for this week. Now, I have zero. *sigh* At least my job's easy, but I really wish that I still had a life.

I kept looking, forcing myself not to blink, and then the brightness began to dissolve. My pupils shrunk to pinholes and everything came into focus and for a moment I understood. The doctors didn't know if my eyes would ever heal."

I'm thinking about how much I hate my sister's taste in music, about how distracting it is turned up so loud, and about how hungry I am.

Deep, deep thoughts every one of them.

I am thinking about passing my day today as there is nothing, no program at hand

“Those who seek to satisfy the mind of man by hampering it with ceremonies and music and affecting charity and devotion have lost their original nature””

“If water derives lucidity from stillness, how much more the faculties of the mind! The mind of the sage, being in repose, becomes the mirror of the universe, the speculum of all creation.

    30 days
There once was a scotsman named Drew
Who put too much wine in his stew
    He felt a bit drunk
    And fell off his bunk
And landed smack into his shoe
