I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?
Align works for me. I did try a Philips brand Probiotic that so did not work AT ALL. I couldn't leave the house that day if you know what I'm saying...
So far, it's the only thing that has worked and this thing is so annoying that I will pay for it - it's about $30 - $35 per month around here. I could think of ways I'd rather spend that money but I also like feeling normal.

Thanks, Shalot. Thats good to know. Problem for me with spending the additional money on this suppliment is that I buy other suppliments I need for my chronic bladder condition and also this year the Medicare heath insurance plan is horrid - several of my drugs are no longer covered and therefore they are costing me plenty....over a dollar per pill. I am talking of pills I need 2 and even 6 times a day (one is half the strenght over the counter than the generic prescription drug). It's getting harder to make ends meet but I will definitely consider trying the Align since you gave it such a favorable report.
Niamh, the list of allowable soluble fiber foods is nearly all the things I can eat, too. Thanks for posting that; it backed up my own theories on what I could safely eat. I think I had seen that website before, ages ago and took note of which were soluable but oddly enough, mostly I have gone by trial and error. I just get so bored with my diet. I can eat some meat now such as very lean filet mignon; but mostly I have to keep it to a minimum. I get a little tired of chicken. I like fish, but it's so hard here to get it fresh. Is that they case there also in Ireland? Just curious.

Hope it all lasts as long as the stuff I bought for my first home, Niamh - somewhere- somewhere - I still have the sweeping broom I bought some thirty-five years ago.....the matching buckets, washing up bowl, dustpan and brush did not survive Himself 'borrowing' them to tidy up his workshop; can't think why the broom survived, I must have 'rescued' it at some point.
Niamh, is the furniture nice? I've been thinking of ordering a sectional type seating, but it is quite expensive and I still need to buy their covers for it. The thing that I like is that I can invest in the furniture once, and if my tastes change in five years, all I need to do is buy maybe a new cover and not a whole new set. I've seen a good couch last 15 years before it was really broken down, and I would love something so durable. Too much is made to be disposable now, but I really don't want to spend a few thousand dollars on furniture every five to eight years.
well the sofa bed i'm getting seemed really sturdy and solid. The furniture is quite nice, some quite funky, some traditional and some modern. Bit of everything.![]()
