Juniper no hope of me EVER being skin and bones... and honestly? I don't know I may be sweating most of it off, but also not eating bread crisps or choclate very often as I don't like the egyptian types. And I lost the fiirst 5kg in the first week I was here as i was stranded in a hotel and couldnt afford the food there . Also I am often too tired or too busy to eat anything but fruit.

Well, there is something about quitting cigarettes, I know...just take it slow, make it more of a lifestyle change and I think you'll be pleased with the results.
