I've noticed that not only am I more critical than most about songs posted here, but I also seem to come in just when Scheherezade has posted, so I appear to be relentlessly snide about her picks.

In this case, I'm pleased to say that I think The Cure are a terrific, if limited, idea and when they first appeared (when I was about nineteen) I really liked Three Imaginary Boys, and then I really disliked The Forest, and after that Robert and I have had a kinduv on-off thing which we've come to understand how to live with. 8/10

For some reason, every time I hear The Tubes I think of the outro of a fictional Corey Feldman film. Yes, it's the outro, and the film is not real, but I still have Corey Feldman in my head. Thus, 4/10.
