I generally defend most of Moz's solo work but I really don't like this song. 4/10.

I liked that. I've never really listened to the Smiths except for the song Frankly, Mr. Shankly (my sister put it on a mixed tape she made for me). 8/10

Not bad. I like a good haunting tune.

This one was used in the Film "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence". Haunting.

Ok, Bryan Adams...I'm not a huge Bryan Adams fan but he reminds me of high school and that's not all bad so I'll give it a 7/10. It would've been higher if it had been Cuts Like A Knife

I like it. I like the random sound texturing - or am I just talking cr*p?

    Anyway, to fire things up.

You're right Basil I meant to post 8/10. Edit

Since Paul didn't rate it, I'll give Heart Cooks Brain a 10/10.

I love the Talking Heads, but that's not one of my favorites. Still it rates a 7.5/10.

Now THIS is one of my favs!

The Talking Heads are precisely my era, and I always felt that I ought to like them a lot - but I just can't get past the feeling that there's something unengagingly smug and mathematical about them. 5/10

No, not at all! That's one of the reasons why I love Modest Mouse, they do a lot of that and it always keeps things interesting.

And Mark's song...I've never heard that song before or heard of that band but it's not half bad. He's no David Gilmour but then again, few are. 7/10

That song reminded me of this one...I'm not exactly sure why, I think it was the dated outfits.

If that isn't Bill Nye the Science Guy, then I'm a monkey's uncle.

    I'll give it 8/10

Here's one from Ernie that's been on my mind lately:

    Edit: To late.

Donny Iris: I haven't heard that one in forever and I guess I never really knew what Donny Iris looked like. 9/10

Ernie: You can't go wrong with Ernie. 9.5/10
