Awwww you people are so sweet! I had expected everybody to have forgotten me after my long spells of absences now and then in the last few months!

Thank you steph, Maryd, Helga, Classic, Mathor, Themis, Poetess (Yay Poetess has returned back home! ), Logos, Janine (Yup I myself am at my wits' end as to when did this occur...), Basil (OMG you still remember my fondness for this song! Brings back sweet old memories, thanks - thanks a lot, I am already on my guard following the advice here), papaya, Virgil (heh rest is a tempting idea but no I've still got miles to go before I rest ), rimbaud, Tali (these chocolates are sooooo cute, and hey I am not going to accept an awkward wish next time! ), Niamh, Scher (there had been so few events in my life in the last year that I wasn't sure if I had anything to submit for an interview, but that's also true that Pensive can't really let go of an chance to feel important so she would make something up for the interview now using her imagination she guesses ), Max and Anna! What a pretty cake, Anna!

Thank you all for remembering me!
I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew.

Well, for one thing, you seem to have started to refer to yourself in the third person (which is always a good sign! ) so we are all looking forward to reading your interview - whenever you can return it...

Worse comes to worst, we can use it for your next birthday!

At that rate she'll catch up to us and soon pass us up in age.

Sorry about the grammar in advance too.

Sure thing! In 10 years time, she will have aged 100%...

    An interview with Pensive:

Why are we doing this interview thing?
Because I can't say no to an interview request (or in other words no to an opportunity of feeling important).

Are you sure you want to do this?
    Kind of.

    Got milk?
Nope. I am not a huge fan of milk.

Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?
Must be Taliesin. He is great at theft.

If you had a personal theme song what would it be?
    Mad World maybe?

What makes you keep coming back to the Forum?
What makes one keep coming back to one's home?

It has been a year since the last interview. What have been the high and low points?
Life hasn't been very eventful for me in the last year, there have mostly been no high points unless you count the very little things that are difficult to keep track of anyway.
Low points: Basically the deterioration of my grammar, vocabulary, memory, and the ability to concentrate well on something.

The best and worst books you have read during last year?
    Haven't read much (one of the reasons to my absences on litnet) but out of the ones that I have read;
    Best:: Hanging Waters
Worst: Breaking Dawn (the ending was too abrupt for my liking, and hated how it did not explain much it probably should have).

The biggest surprises of the past year (both pleasant and unpleasant)?
Pleasant: The discovery that I do possess some talent for table tennis.
Unpleasant: A certain wedding, but I wouldn't really like getting into it right now.

What has been the the biggest change in your life since your last birthday?
Hmmm I am not too sure. Can't decide between two specifically:
    1. As you might have got the notion already, I have grown much more quiet than I ever was.
    2. Much more of a time-killer too, than a time-utilizer, unfortunately of course.

Do you feel comfortable in your walk with God/atheism?
If you mean to ask whether I have reached the state of Nirvana, I am afraid I will have to say no.

Do you have any pets? What are their names?
    Nope, not a pets' person.

Given the option, what animal would you choose to be? An eagle, perhaps?

How did you meet your significant other?
I haven't met him yet, and doubt if I ever will.

What is the one thing you must do before you die?
There is not any one thing. I don't care even if I die tomorrow. Only that it doesn't have to hurt!

    Do you believe in ghosts?
Both yes and no. But I believe the possibility of their existence seeing that absence of proof is not the proof of absence.

What is your role in an emergency situation: the 911 dialer, the person who runs to the scene to help, the video recorder, or the person too overcome by shock to do anything?
    The video recorder.
Sorry, I can't help being evil at times!

What song is in your head at the moment?
The Sound of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel

Which book are you reading at the moment?
    Re-reading Lord of the Flies.

The last book you finished reading?
Don't remember, it has been quite some time since I last read something.

    Favorite TV shows?
When it comes to television shows in English, they have to be Fawlty Towers, Lost and Gilmore Girls.
Haven't watched any good ones lately.

    Last food did you have?
Sweet butter popcorns. I still have a few stuffed in my mouth.

Last words you said out loud?
    Don't remember.
I haven't been too loud today anyway.

    Last person you hugged/kissed?
Don't remember but my guess is Mother Dear. I am not a very hugs-person.

What question would you like to ask yourself?
How can I get my virtual life back? (real life is just....not very interesting)

What should you be doing at the moment instead of answering these questions?
    Finishing Lord of the Flies.
    If not this, then studying.

    Last dream you remember having?
Haven't had any dreams lately (at least the kind that you remember afterwards).

Who is your best friend and how long you have known them?
My mother, since as long as my memory can trace back.

Are you mostly happy with life or are you still in pursuit?
    Still in persuit.
How often do you tell lies?
If I say I lie every other second would you still believe me?

    What gives your life meaning?
    Hmmmm an interesting question.
The possibility of discovering something new in the next moment?

If you were a colour, what colour would you be and why?
    Black.
Maybe because all these personality quizes never seem to suggest anything else. Plus I love black.

    What makes you laugh?
    Heh.
    Another interesting question.
Most of the things make me laugh. Even your question made me laugh. My answer is making me laugh. People's laughter makes me laugh. People's laughter on seeing me laughing rather tastelessly at their laughter makes me laugh...well the list goes on. I am the kind of person who tends to find humour in most of the things (though it isn't always a cheerful humour I must confess).

What was the happiest period of your life and why?
    13-15
    Guess it just was.

If you could be a disney character who or what would you be and why?
    I don't know.
But just recently a friend told me I would make a perfect Hannah Montana, but I never bothered asking why/how.

Do those animated smilies ever get tired? Think of them day after day, dancing or crashing computers or laughing or crying till the end of time...
I don't get tired. Why should they?

One thing you would like to do before your next birthday?
    Nothing specific.
Or maybe there are too many things to choose one from.

Did you answer all of the question?
Sorry, no, missed two or three I think, but I am not sure.
Did I have to answer them all?

One final word of wisdom for LitNet users?
In the last year I haven't just been wise enough to right now feel capable of advising anything that would qualify as wisdom to others.

What would you like to ask the person to be interviewed after you?
    What's your favourite sound?
