    The great French New Wave Film Hiroshima, Mon Amour, best romance I've ever seen, mainly becaue it's not really a romance, but the love story behind it is profoundly moving.



    As far as literature goes, I can certainly say that I had a soft spot for Wuthering Heights and Tess of D'Ubervilles. And despite the fact that the Falstaff-Hal relationship is most likely platonic, I find it to have the most tragic rejection ever written.
