no way! My hibiscus is still flowering!

"But do you really, seriously, Major Scobie," Dr. Sykes asked, "believe in hell?"
    "Oh, yes, I do."
    "In flames and torment?"
"Perhaps not quite that. They tell us it may be a permanent sense of loss."
"That sort of hell wouldn't worry me," Fellowes said.
"Perhaps you've never lost anything of importance," Scobie said.

^ Yours too? Great! Mine should have bloomed in August and by now it should have died already. But this year the buds started opening in September and hasn't stopped since. It gets cold at night so I diligently cover it every night. It seems to be paying off

I really had no hopes for any blooms because it seemed pretty anemic this spring but right now I have one bloom and three buds. We're still pretty warm here I don't think it's gotten below 60F yet.

It gets down to the 40s here at night. I feel like going out at night and giving it a hug. It's in the ground so I can't bring it in.

no, they die to the ground in the winter It's as though they were never there. But amazingly, around June each year shoots start to come out. They tend to grow more if I remember to water them

Do you really have a class with an assignment to list what pushes your buttons. That's smashing! I hope it's late in the year so the professor can't experiment on the classmates I recently asked one of my patients children what she was studying, She said, "Influencing people"

hahaha, that's pretty much what this asignment is about - audience analysis and picking a speech topic tailored to an audience.
