    Happy Birthday!

    An interview with Lily Adams:

Why are we doing this interview thing?
Because everyone wants to get to know everyone else better?

Are you sure you want to do this?
I think I am. But then again, DO I?!?!?!?! *dun dun dunnnnnnn*

    Got milk?
    Not at the moment.

If you had a personal theme song what would it be?
    "Out of Sync" by DEVO.

    Are you male or female?
    Uberfemme

What makes you keep coming back?
    The friends I have here.

Are you happy with the way things are here?

    Yes. Very.

    Which countries have you visited?
    None outside my own.

If you could live somewhere different, where would it be and why?
I am only going to live here in this paradise. But if I had to choose, it would be maybe somewhere where there is similar weather or mild weather.

    Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a Jack Russell Terrier (Parson Jack, whatever) named Kaydee.

    What makes you happy?
    Music, friends, and hugs.

What is mankind's biggest achievement, and its greatest downfall?
Biggest achievement: The Internet. Greatest Downfall: Rock Band/Guitar Hero

Okay, so I could probably think of better/worse things but meh.

Do you feel comfortable in your walk with God?
I live a very spiritual life without any real concern of a higher being.

Which actor should play you in a movie based on your life?
Everyone says I look like Dakota Fanning, so I guess her.

Given the option, what animal would you choose to be?
I would stay a person. Sure it has its complicated ups and downs, but I think it's worth it.

What were your favorite things to do the past? What about now?
I have always liked to draw. And I've always liked learning.

What makes you feel great about yourself?
When I feel loved and when I realize that I have a very blessed life.

How did you meet your significant other?
    AdoreroDio introduced us, no joke.

    Who inspires you most?
DEVO has been my biggest inspiration for the longest time, but I like to take in inspiration from lots of other things.

What are you naturally good at? (Skills, abilities, gifts etc.)

    Drawing, learning.

What is the one thing you must do before you die?
Life a complete life in the fullest way possible. (And see a DEVO concert)

If you had to teach something, what would you teach?

Funny you should ask, I'm planning on becoming a teacher or college professor. So, probably English or History. Most likely history.

Doing: Liveing life to the fullest, (i.e. how I want it to be) Being: myself, Having: love.

What method do you cherish above all others, as means to improving your life?
Being nice. Plain and simple. It's kind of hard to do in this world, but you can try.

What is your role in an emergency situation: the 911 dialer, the person who runs to the scene to help, the video recorder, or the person too overcome by shock to do anything?
The person who runs to (attempt to) help, I think.

What song is in your head at the moment?
Well I'm listening to "The Sweat Descends" by Les Savy Fav.

Which book are you reading at the moment?
Existentialism from Doestevesky to Sarte by Walter Kaufman.

The last book you finished reading?
Uh...The Cather in the Rye by J.D. Salinger.

    What is your favourite quote?
"Friends I once knew now scramble, to get a little higher, refusing to see the parody in their bending at the waist. Seriously viewing humor, has killed their ability to humorously view serious, and it shows in every paranoid action, every psychotic moral viewmaster, every insane clerk, salesman, railroad dixie cup, they leave me full of holes and dodging."-Booji Boy.

    Favorite food?/ Comfort food?
Mac 'n' cheese never fails. Or ice cream.

What time of day do you most often find yourself on the LitNet?
    Evening.

What are you wearing at the moment?
Ry Ry socks, Polysics shirt, hoodie, and jeans.

    Favorite poem?
That is too hard to answer. I'm sure I had one specific one at some point, however.

First novel you remember reading on your own?
Go Dinosaur Go. That's not really a novel.

What era do you find most of the books you read are from?
That depends. I like classics, mostly.

    Favorite TV shows?
Mystery Science Theater 3000 is my favorite, hands down. But I am digging the Battlestar Galactica. PeeWee's Playhouse, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Yo Gabba Gabba, Freakazoid, Earthworm Jim, Animaniacs, Pink and the Brain, etc.

Which LitNet members would you like to meet in person if you could?
I've already met dramasnot06, but I'd love to meet Janine, Lady Wentworth, Virgil, Andya...many others, too...I love you guys!

    Favorite post on the Forum?
I honestly couldn't tell you. I love all of LitNet.

    Favorite thread?
Uh...I dunno. I am a very indecisive person.

    Last food did you have?
Chocolate cream pie. (Yes, birthday pie.)

Last words you said out loud?
    I don't remember. (Seriously, I don't.)

    Last person you hugged/kissed?
Last person I hugged was my dad, last person kissed was my boyfriend.

What do you do (for a living) to be able to keep your LitNet addiction going? And are you happy with your chosen profession?

    N/A

What question would you like to ask yourself?
Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?

What would you like to be if you could change your profession?
    N/A

    Least favorite book/song/movie?

Wuthering Heights/that little windmill song I can't remember the title of/Across the Universe

The most generous thing you have done?
I go out and help elderly people once in a while with their homes.

What was your very favorite moment in your life so far?
Hm. I am very young, so I don't know if I could really answer that yet.

    What scares you?
    People rejecting me.

What is your most outstanding feature?
Physically? The incredibly tiny frame. (Used to the be the green hair before it was surgically removed.) Inside it's the cosmic connection, I think.

If you could change one thing about the way you look, what would that be?
    I wish I didn't look like a 12 year old.

Which book do you wish you had written?
    Probably anything by Kurt Vonnegut.

What is your favorite book cover?
    This one:

Most and least favorite characters from books?
I dunno, I dig Jim Casy from The Grapes of Wrath, and...I don't like...probably anyone from Wuthering Heights.

What would your biography be titled?

The Incredibly Long, Colorful, and Loud Television Show that Decided to Become Mixed up and Cast Itself in Both 3-D and 4-D?!?!?!?!!!!

What should you be doing at the moment instead of answering these questions?
    Watching Firefly maybe.

Why the airplane window shields need to be lifted up during take off and landing?
    What? They do?

    Wonderful Superman or depressing Batman?

    Freakazoid.

The most embarrassing moment in your life?
    Erm...

Which literary character (s) have you been told to resemble the most?
Okay, so this isn't a literary character, but EVERYBODY says I remind them of Juno, even though I didn't much care for the movie.

List some of the things that annoy you immensely.

    1. When things don't go how I want them to/perfectly
    2. When people abandon me when I give up everything for them

Anything that you want to forget but you never can?
    Yes.

Tell us about some amusing translation mistake you have heard or made yourself.
One time AdoreroDio and I thought "ache" was prononced "ah-che" and we thought it was a new word.

If you had to lose one of your senses, which would you choose and why?
Probably scnet since I don't have much of a sense of smell to begin with compared with other people I noticed. I would miss the smell of overcast days and other things...I don't like thinking about losing any of my sense! I need my eyes, definitely, touch, most definitely, and ears for music and taste...this is unpleasant to think of losing any of them.

What’s the first thing you’ll do in an embarrassing situation?
Depends. Laugh. Make an excuse. Etc.

Are you mostly happy with life or are you still in pursuit?
Mostly happy, I believe. That's a very relative question.

    What gives your life meaning?
Relationships and knowing myself and the world around me. (Or at least I think I know...knowledge is based on assumption. )

What type of Faerie would you like to be and why?
Niamh asked this, didn't she? I'll be a space faerie, I think.

    What makes you laugh?
Lots of things! Seriously, I laugh a lot. It's good for your soul.

What was the happiest period of your life and why?

Sophomore year in high school, because I was really discovering myself and everything was really refreshing and relatively carefree.

Do those animated smilies ever get tired? Think of them day after day, dancing or crashing computers or laughing or crying till the end of time...

No, they take naps when we're not looking.

What part of “Final” don’t you understand?

The part where I have to study in my room for three days straight.

One final word of wisdom for LitNet users?
    It's a wiggly world, guys.

What would you like to ask to the person to be interviewed after you?
Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?
