I've only heard good about the diva cup, but haven't tried it either. we're all cloth here. We make our own which is actualy kind of fun to do. We don't mind the washing and they are so comfortable.
I've actually never heard of the Diva Cup, but I find myself wondering of the practicality when at places like work or when you are gone all day. It's not like I can just go and wash it out in the bathroom sink in a public restroom... Well I guess I could, but I don't really think I would. I must admit that my husband would be appalled by the entire concept of it![]()
you don't wash it in a public place. You just dump in in the toilet and put it back in all while you're sitting there.
this is the first time I have ever heard of the Diva Cup. Don't think I would use it though.
What Are You Crazy!!!
ahhhhhhh, why are we talking about womanly cycles again?
"I'm afriad to fall," she whispered.
"I'll catch you," he replied.
thats more or less what I want to ask...
There is no way Id use the diva thing tampons are scary and painfull enough plus they always so helpfully provide you with reading material telling you you might die if you use them. But as my sister says I could just as easily be hit by a bus, in fact that is probably more likly all things concidered.
On a side note: hey hey I got a semi manicure, my sisters manicure exam is coming up and so she needed to practice but its chipped already as I only let her apply the one coat... ah well.!

I use old diaper changing pads as a bottom layer then add flannel as absorbent layers. Sometimes I use fleece as a top layer and sometimes just flannel. I just serge or zigzag around the edges real good. The diaper pad is water proof. They don’t shift around in my panties. I can make them as big or as small, as heavy or as light as I need. I wash them out in the shower and then keep them in a pail till the end and wash them all at once. I don’t worry about stains- they’re just pads. They are soft and comfortable and cheap. Also, they are good for the environment.
There are a million ways to make them and patters free on line. I just traced around a regular pad and then changed it a bit to be just right for me. You can make a several in no time at all.
See, that still makes me cringe just a bitOn the same subject but a bit off....
I was always a very regular girl. You could time my cycles to the day and now it seems I'm having a period ever two or three weeks. I wasn't worried when it was still like clockwork every three weeks, but now sometimes it is three, sometimes two, and sometimes I run all four or even five weeks. I don't know what the problem is, but I thought that stress going away would make it better. Now it just seems to be as bad if not worse, and I'm getting horrible cramps every time. Any ideas????
Oh my God, what am I doing checking out this thread. What a yucky, yucky discussion.
Get me out of here.

Does anyone have a husband who thinks it's funny to moon you?
Or, how about one who comes up to give you a hug but it's only because he farted and that hug is really a trap while he stands there laughing?
"...if you weren't smart enough to get a pedophile in a dress to put a small amount of water on the child’s forehead, then what the eff did you think was going to happen?
I had a similar problem when i got the Implanton in my arm. I more of less had to where a pad everyday for five months. (most days it was just the tiny panty liners but still...)
Stress can do that to your cycle. So could not eating properly, not having regular sleeping patterns.
Theres no harm going to a Well Woman or other place like a GP to inquire.
