    Happy Birthday, Nightshade!

And we are getting to Nightshade a little better today:

]1 - How did you come about this site and what makes you keep coming back?
By Googling forum book club, I was annoyed at the time about being rejected from an RL book club ( which has since welcomed me to the fold) and my sister suggested looking for a forum about people who like to read so there you go and here I am, three and a half years later.

2 - Have you visited other countries than your own and what did you like about it or not like?
Define “your own”, well yes loads but I guess I will go with the latest the Czech republic .. I LOVED the transport system in Prague just brilliant and almost all the people I met there were very friendly, and the weather! Oh the weather was brilliant, oh and the potatoes...Czech potatoes are different, I swear it . I guess the things I didn’t like can be summed into 2 words baking and beggars. I just didn’t like any of the breads or pastries I ate while I was there, and while its not like I haven’t seen my fair share of beggars in the past it was the way they were knelt on the ground with their foreheads on the floor and hands stretched out for money that really bothered me, actually beggars and poverty have always really upset me .

3 - What are your favourite hobbies ?
Well reading obviously, cooking, collecting recipie books...matching people up with books... day dreaming , winding my little sisters up.. sewing ( or rather designing quilts I never seem to get time to get much further than that ) buying presents collecting birthday cards and postcards and I think that is most of the major ones unless you count worrying about people who I know can look after themselves but who since they are part of my ‘family’ get treated to large doses of fussing.

4 - Do you have any pets?
Currently we have 2 cats Bonsai and Sushi, and so fish in the pond in the garden and in the summer its generally also filled with frogs, and soon the hedgehogs will be back in the garden for the winter not that they are really pets. Ive been thinking about getting a couple of Cockatoos or cockatiels or maybe even African greys to breed but then I remember I don’t like birds in cages there is always something sad about them... but Im defiantly thinking about getting some kind of new pets.

5 - What makes you happy?
Loads of things getting phone calls, pms, emails, letters people giving me food, food that comes out right... making someone smile or better yet laugh recently I discover clean bedding can really make your week amazing the things you take for granted. Doing a good job. And other things

    Happy Birthday!
The source of any bad writing is the desire to be something more than a person of sense--the straining to be thought a genius. If people would say what they have to say in plain terms, how much eloquent they would be.

I'm just getting back. I wonder how many birthdays I've missed. We should have a birthday subforum. Hint, hint.

    Happy birthday!
At thunder and tempest, At the world's coldheartedness,
During times of heavy loss And when you're sad
The greatest art on earth Is to seem uncomplicatedly gay.

To get things clear, they have to firstly be very unclear. But if you get them too quickly, you probably got them wrong.
