Its what the likes of Nick Hornby, and a few others are being catagorised under these days. Nick Lairds Utterly Monkey is also being classed as Lad lit.

I think Nick Hornby's books are great reads. High Fidlity was enjoyable. an old friend of mine (male) told me i wouldnt "get it" because it was a woman.![]()

Man there are a lot of genres to choose from.
