Who is your favorite character in Orlando and why? What is your favorite passage/quote in the book?

I really liked Biographer's attempts to make Orlando good no matter what. S/he (as we don't know the biographer's gender either) hopelessly tries to arrange and relate things in a way that the reader should have no choice but sympathise with Orlando. It is obvious from the very first pages that s/he was not bothered about giving an unbiased account of things;ironic since as a biographer that is what s/he was supposed to be doing.
Do you think the biographer is Orlando herself actually? Looking back and remembering her life and trying to give an account of things? That would explain how the biographer knew the inner thoughts of Orlando.
